- Daily Dinner Buffet (Sunday to Thursday) for THB 1,413 net per person
- Weekend Dinner Buffet (Friday to Saturday) for THB 1,890 net per person
In addition to our weekend specials, Taste offers a monthly highlight and a daily changing variety of grills, meats from the carvery, delectable desserts, and more. Throughout May, the culinary highlight is an Oyster Bar with juicy “Totten Inlet” and “Hama Hama” oysters.
From Sunday to Thursday at the dinner buffet, discerning diners can savour more new highlights including:
- comforting noodle soups such as Singapore laksa, Japanese sukiyaki, and spicy Thai tom yam
- wood fired pizzas with toppings of your choice
- various pastas with your favourite sauce
- spicy Thai salads made to order, including papaya salad, lemongrass and seafood salad, and glass noodle and seafood salad
- plus an array of Asian delights served at your table including warm smoked duck breast with tamarind sauce, grilled Korubuta pork belly, and poached salmon in saffron bouillon
Highlights at the Friday and Saturday dinner buffet include:
- barbecue station with rock lobster, snow fish, Australian beef tenderloin, and lamb cutlets
- foie gras prepared to order
- Hong Kong style suckling pig
- chilli and garlic prawns served at the table
- seafood on ice station with freshly shucked oysters, king crab legs and king prawns
- lobster and fennel bisque with prawn croutons
- seafood and saffron risotto, fresh ravioli, squid ink tagliatelle, and black truffles
- the latest Mövenpick ice cream flavours served in freshly baked waffle cones
